2 Major problem with my website...sigh:( Please help asap!

Look at the images...

Problem 1. My permalink is coming up like this after the new 1.1.1. install. This is when I hover or click over a category. My site is in maintenance mode at the moment.

mysite.com/listings/listings/category/child-care/

Problem 2. When you click on a photo in a listing, the lightbox doesn't work. The photo shows but not in the lightbox. I deactivate all plugins and also activated the default vantage 1.1.1 theme only and I get the same problem.

Same thing happens in my child and default theme. I need to get my site going. I waited for the release so I could get my site up to start making money. Any help would be appreciated.
