    Adding categories to menu

    Hi,
    I have added categories to the listing section and yet they do not show up when I try to add them to the menu, instead only the uncategorised category for posts is visible.
    What am I doing wrong?? I had it working fine in this regard initially, then decided to totally wipe out the domain and all from the server and start totally fresh (due to conflicts with previously installed directory press from another developer)... now it is confusing and I cannot work this out. Any ideas?
