Any way to allow comments without requiring registration?

I'd like folks to be able to comment without registering. www.cheerhomeschooldirectory.com I've got the wp admin settings >> discussions boxes marked as follows.


{marked} Allow people to post comments on new articles
Other comment settings
{not marked} Other comment settings Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
{not marked} Users must be registered and logged in to comment

It seems like Vantage overrides this. I do have a social comment plugin on as well so folks can log in using fb/yahoo/google etc, but I'd really rather they just be asked "would you like to sign in or click enter to comment anonymously". I don't even care about spam. I'd take 1000 spam comments if it meant getting 10 comments. They are pretty important to my site which is a review site. I think this is my last big issue and I'd love to solve it.
