Authorize.net Gateway Problem
When using the Payments > Settings > Authorize.net > "Authorize.net hosted Payment Form" I get a blank page when checking out where it should be the payment form page.

I know this is not the best forum for this question but I asked it originally in the Authorize.net Plugin Form and did not get a response.
When using the Self hosted Payment form It seems to only ask the purchaser for their CC number, CVS, and Expiration, but it does go through. I'd rather use the "Authorize.net hosted Payment Form" option if possible
