Cannot save the Greek translation file after making changes

Something seems to be wrong with the Greek translation file. The file works OK with my theme but I'd like to change a couple of strings. I dowloaded the Greek translation file and opened it fine with poedit. But when I try to save it, I get this error:

How can I fix this & save the translation file changes?
