I cannot upload my .mo file to the my cpanel..

Dear All,

First of all I started with how much time it took me to translate almost everything which Version 1.3 English language file to the Turkish language. Thanks to old user I benefited so much old turkish language files.

and I said myself ok. lets upload to the system...surprisingly I saw there is no languages file root ... I said ok and created one ... when I was saving my .po file succesfully I put as a pt_TR.mo as the Wordpress said on its page: hereI tried and I see nothing has changed.

After that I visited wp-config and I change define ('WPLANG', 'pt_TR'); exactly how they recommended.

Nothings changed.

Could you tell me someone what can I do more? I have been using WP 4.0

Is there anything instead of this method?
