Cant Get to /wp-admin Now since Installing Vantage Theme (Plugin Issues)

I am using two plugins that have compatibility issues with the Vantage Theme. And one is causing me a MAJOR ISSUE

1) I am using the 'Coming Soon Pro' plugin http://www.seedprod.com/ and was and still is active when we installed the Vantage Theme, after logging out and then reattempting to login at the /wp-admin login page, I am redirected back to the home page. Apparently the Theme is no playing well with the 'Coming Soon Pro' plugin.

So now I am unable to login to my back end of WordPress.

2) We are using a new Calendar Plugin that is on the way to becoming the best WordPress Calendar plugin out there, the Time.ly Calendar at www.time.ly.
Again Vantage Theme doesn't play well with this plugin. It totally removes the 'Event' navigation button off the Admin menu. See my screen shots as it looked before adding the Vantage Theme and the results afterward.

The ONLY reason I purchased the developer addition of the Vantage theme is because of the Business Directory, NOT because of the theme itself. I saw some place else in this forum some where were some one recommend that the business directory be created into a plugin, NOT a theme. And I have to agree. As our business directory is only ONE area of our web site, it is NOT the entire web site.

I am personally not a programmer, I can hack if someone tells me what to do specifically so if there is anyone that could help resolve this issue I would be grateful. Otherwise I will have to "can" the Vantage Theme (when I can finally get logged in again) for a lessor WordPress Business Directory Plugin.
