Category Pagination Issue

Hello Vantage Team

I am using Vantage 1.1.4 (can't update just now, reasons not relevant to this thread).

I want to avoid the pagination numbers at the bottom of listing pages within a category, so I set the listings settings up very high, to 999 listings per page (Regular and Featured).

In early categories I created, this works fine -- e.g., all 238 listings in one category are shown by scrolling down, with no page numbers requiring me to advance through to the next page.

However, in more recent categories I created, the pagination is present, and only 10 listings are displayed per page, requiring use of the "next, next, next" page buttons.

What could be causing this issue for me? Am I missing an obvious setting or piece of code?

I cleared my cache, temporarily disabled my plug ins, and came fresh to the site, made sure listings setting was set to 999 for all listings, and again, all listings display for some categories, but, only 10 listings per category display in others.
