Category screen on listings is all over the place

Hi there this is something I have noticed more and more because alot of people select more than one category in a listing. I was approving some listings earlier and I noticed that one person had ticked heaps of categories and I was trying to untick them all and noticed that the categories don’t show up in a very organised way so not sure if the listing creator sees same as us at back end but it’s definitely not an intuitive list the way it’s presented at the moment. For example, under a certain category not all the categories are showing, they seem to be in the list above without a parent also if they are selected even though they have a parent category? To test this you must have about 10 categories under each parent and have about 12 parent categories and then when editing a listing try and add it to say 8 or 9 categories and even see if all the categories show. They dont!!
