    The Create Listing page is user unfriendly

    The user has to submit all that info BEFORE finding out if it's free, what the payment plans are or whether their site is eligible for submission. The payment options should be the first thing the submitter sees before they decide whether to continue with their submission.

    Ideally there should be a field or page before the payment options to add the submission guidelines and terms of service.
