Creating a Custom Field for Contact Name in the Main Directory Listing

Hi,

My directory is driven by the contact person at the companies in the listing. I would like to include in the Listing a place for the person who represents the company to add their name to the listing. This would need to be prominent as the main focus of the directory is the people... This would work like this:
Contact Name:
Business Name:
Phone:
Address:
Description:
