    Custom form appearance

    I would like to change how the custom forms I created appear on each listing.
    For example for the check box options i would like them to be on a separate line for each one. And I would like to bold the title of the custom form.
    Can anyone please help. Feel like this should be easy. Don't really want to have to learn about child theme.
