Custom Forms
1. Documentation: I can't find any documentation on your site about using the custom form. The page on your site that is supposed to have a video doesn't have the video (it's just a black box). And there are no links on the DOCS page about using custom forms.
2. Custom form categories: is there any way to have the form apply to ALL categories besides just checking every category. I have a couple extra questions (like a human's name) I want to add to every listing no matter what catergory. This will become an issue when I add categories - I'll have to remember to go into the custom form each time and check off that new category.
