Custom forms

I created two custom forms and set them both to category one in Listing Type. But only one appeared when selecting category one in the add new listings form. Why create more than one if only one is able to appear? Or am I missing something please.

Also, is there any way to format these custom forms directly through editor so that the title is in bold. They look like a mass of text with no structure and there is a big gap between the contact details and the start of the custom form (until reaches bottom of photo) and don't have time right now to learn child theme and need to demo a prototype tomorrow eek.
