    Display Hierarchy for Categories on Sidebar

    How would one set up up the homepage sidebar to display parent and child categories. Currently it lists the parent with the child and there is no alphabetical organization. Is there a way to show this hierarchy through the widget? For example, on my current homepage sidebar there should be Miami Psychiatrist as the parent and all the other cities should be underneath it in alphabetical order. www.psychiatristmiami.com
