    Edit Order Page Paypal Pending

    Hi,

    I have a customer who placed an order within the last hour via paypal, however, when I check my paypal account, there are no funds received. I am attaching an image for review. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on where I might begin to look to solve this mystery. Really not sure what might be going on.

    My paypal gateway is configured correctly as I have received funds from other customers recently.
