This gateway has not implemented a recurring order processor

I had a look at my site to find a blank page with this message: This gateway has not implemented a recurring order processor
I uploaded yesterday's Vantage 1.3.1 dev [0514866b51] and also tried today's dev with the same results. Once I deleted the theme I got this message in the dashboard: AppThemes Coupons does not support the current theme. Please use a compatible AppThemes Product.

I disabled all plugins and the same thing each time I upload 1.3.1.

My Paypal settings are:
Business paypal email entered
Business/Premier checked
PDT enabled with identity token
IPN enabled with Listener URL automatically generated

I know this has happened for others using other themes like Jobroller
Any clues anyone? I can't see a solution and I am afraid all my sites will go down over the next day as they are all set up exactly the same with 1.3.1 uploaded on each one yesterday.

All my testing has been done on http://nzfilmdirectory.com/ since the same thing happened to my actual test site and I have not found a fix. Since this has happened to a real site that I anticipate to go live anytime I really need to find a fix.
