    Vantage 1.3.1 Site Doesn't Load - This gateway has not implemented a recurring....

    Tried updating a few sites with the latest 1.3.1 stable release(?) and got the follow message on all of them:

    This gateway has not implemented a recurring order processor.
    I then turned on the previous version, disabled all payment gateways... re-installed the 1.3.1 version and got the same message.

    Are these releases tested before being available to download?

    I can only imagine how mad a Vantage user would be if this happened on a live site, and they had not taken a backup!
