    Google Maps API licensing and how it is tracked?

    How is Google Maps API licensing tracked?

    Is it by the server IP Address, or by each install. For example if I install a number of vantage directories on a Multisite networks would each request count against the limit?

    What if I have a VPS with 4 IP addresses does each IP address have it's own separate limit?
