Google Maps Doesn't work

I have been trying for weeks to get google maps to work and I cannot. I have tried mutliple api keys, tried disabling plugins, tried new installs, tried everything that has been suggested in other threads and it's not working. The map loads for half a second then goes to "opps! something went wrong". I am about to go nuts. I have tried posting to other similar threads but they are just waiting to be approved by a moderator before they will show up and I don't have more weeks to waste looking for a solution.
