How to set up my pricing plans

How do I set up the following plans...

There are 3 plans available

Basic (Free) - Listing is just listed.

Category featured listed (Paid) - Listing is featured in a category for 1 day.

Home page featured listed (Paid) - Listing is featured on the home page for 1 day.

And regarding the above.

1) All plans last forever (but Paid listings only are featured for 1 day, the 1 day they paid for).

2) When the paid listings come to an end, I presume they just automatically become Basic (Free) listings? and if not, how do I make that happen? or what's the procedure?

3) How can a user choose to have their Basic (Free) listing featured ? i'e use one of the Paid options?
