Incorrect change of status related to a payment notification for published listings
Listings already published have their status changed from "published" to "pending" after a third party payment notification.
For example, the user submits his listing and gets redirected to a third party payment site, and then chooses bank slip as payment method, that does not notify the origin site in realtime. So, the origin site is notified after 3 days and during this period the admin chooses to publish it. When the payment notification reaches the origin site, vantage changes from "published" to "pending" notifying the owner and let him confused. It should keep its status without any notification to the owner. Only the administrator should be notified about it.
