Limit Images

Hi. We're improving Advantage for a local business directory and we want to know if there's a way to limit the images that certain users can upload depending on the price of the listing.
Ie:
Free listing = no image
small listing = 3 images
medium listing = 5 images

I hope there's a way to do this.
