Listing Categories don't display
When I click on the main Listing Category page:
http://greenbusinesses.com/categories/
The listings show up as well as the number of listings in each category, however, when I click on a category no values show up.
Likewise, When I go to a specific listing and then click on that listing's category, no other listings show up even though I know they are in there and the admin area shows they are assigned to a category. Same thing with TAGS.

I noticed in the admin area that there are 2 Categories. Not sure how this happened. It seems obvious that the site is querying the menu of the categories that are populated but the individual listing links go to the categories list that are empty.
The only difference between the empty categories in admin and the full one is the taxonomy. There is a - in the permalink to one and a _ in the link to the other. See images:
