Listing Category Page: No Results

Hello, 2 problems here:

1. Empty Listings Category Page

From the home page, if you click on a category that has at least one listing (sidebar or main menu) it opens the category page that says:


I already tried with the latest Vantage theme (I am currently using a child theme) and ALL plugins disabled.
I saved the permalinks again, same problem.

Example.

Listing in that category: http://aroundtownbiz.com/listings/infochip-systems-inc/ (try clicking on the category link in this page, where it says "Listed in Software")


2. Hidden Listings in Home Page

I also had 3 listings not showing any more in my home page. I had to open the listings from the admin page and just save them again, and they showed up then. What if that happened with many listings? They were not expired.
