Multiple 404 errors, fatal warnings and Dashboard disappeared

Can anyone else from appthemes help me. I have had 2 developers look at this and can't find a fix for the issues I am having and I really need these issues resolved:

1) frontend users dashboard displays WP page with fatal errors instead of Account information and statistics page like your demo (it was working and now its not, even with the dev version)
2) users that create a listing cannot edit their listing, they just get a 404 page
3) when viewing the homepage listings and clicking on page 2 at the bottom, a 404 page appears
4) users creating a listing that have added a document cannot edit/delete the document - it just disappears while on the edit page
5) not all custom form fields are showing up when users create a listing

That's all I have noticed so far (I think). Anyone willing to take a crack at it ???
I have installed the latest Vantage theme, then tried the dev version, and a child theme (today - 19 Jun 2013). I have disabled all plugins one by one to see if any changes occurred as each plugin was disabled - errors still remained. Even with the bare bones of Vantage these errors occurred. The same issues occur in Google Chrome, Firefox and Explorer. I purchased Vantage on 31 May 2013.
