multiple bugs with claiming a listing

I tested a claimed listing and am noticing multiple bugs. I am also having many very confused customers emailing me.

First. The email to notify the person that their listing claim has been approved is going to me. I noticed someone else had this issue over a week ago and it still hasn't been fixed.

2nd.
When I test claim a listing it isn't updating on the listing. It appears that the admin still owns it.

3rd.
After claiming a listing it asks me to pick a category and then brings me directly to the listing.. then when I am there .. I am unable to EDIT THE LISTING to add more information.

I am using IE10 to test these listings. If my clients are having as many problems as I am. I am seriously concerned.
