Need help claiming listing not working!

Hi All,

I am have a problem with claiming a listing.
Problem: claiming a listing - go through all steps to start a new account and claim a listing. "as you can see in each image sorry it is son long." after completing new user set up and claiming listing it takes me back to the original listing page for what i just claimed? "nothing pending in backend on that listing" when i go to my new user account it saying i have not claimed any thing? This is a big problem that needs to be fixed ASAP as I can not start promoting my site tell this is fixed. Is it something that i have set up wrong? In the listing there is nothing to approve to make it active as i turned that setting off in the settings. "you will see that in the images on that link"

When i go in to the back end into wp-admin > Listings > Pending Listings and authorize the listing "the listing I claimed as a new registering user is not pending and not showing up in my new user account as a listing"

Any help with this would be great thanks to all.
