Oh Boy! AppThemes has a new product out!

Hi,

I like your new child’s theme. Unfortunately, I find it very hard to get excited about it.

With all of the issues that the Vantage theme has, why are you offering a new product? Shouldn’t Appthemes be concentrating on fixing the theme that I purchased 10 months ago? The Vantage theme that doesn’t work correctly? The Map Supreme plugin that doesn’t work correctly?

I find it very upsetting that I have to deal with upset customers because the themes don’t work correctly.

Your refund policy is NO! You bought it, no refund. Yet, you sold me a product that has more and more bugs every time there is a new version. You sold all of us a product that doesn’t work as promised. I personally give refunds. If the customer can not get their listing to work correctly, or if the payment issues are to much for them to deal with and they are upset and want a refund. They get a refund. Not a NO! You bought it, no refund.

So, I purchased the Vantage theme for $159 and the Map Supreme plugin for $29. Neither one of them work as promised by Appthemes. Now, coming up here shortly, Appthemes is going to ask me for additional $29 to continue on for support. That would mean that I would have $217 invested into this theme…… and it still doesn’t work correctly.

Now you are offering me a new child’s theme that would come with all of the problems that the Vantage theme and the Map Supreme plugin has. I don’t get it.

Don’t bother asking me what issues I am talking about. Go to the forums and look at all of my threads. Look at everyone’s threads.

Look at these screen shots. This is your new product that you want me to purchase. It makes no sense to me.
