Order Pending

I am using the Vantage theme for free business listings. Someone created a listing, which created a draft in the "listings" section. I published the listing and went back to my orders page, and the order is still showing that it is pending. When I click on the order number there is no option to mark as completed or whatever, so what can I do? I tried to search around on other threads, but didn't see any answers.
