    Payments for Admin Users & Adding Premium Option Later

    I don't think it makes sense for the admin to have to pay for a premium listing if they add it. We may want to charge less for certain people or use discount codes or something. Also - why is the functionality to add the premium option later not available? If someone has a free ad and wants to start paying, I'm not sure why that's not a possibility.
