Paypal Processor

Has anyone had a problem getting paypal checkout to work? We have Charge for Listing set, prices set, and paypal enabled. We have a paypal email entered and tried with both the sandbox on and off. When we create listings we get either

Are you sure you want to do this? with no buttons/links to respond.

I tried installing the vantage upgrade 1.01 over the existing install. As well as creating a new site with a fresh vantage install. I also upgraded to the newest version of WordPress to see if that would help.

Any ideas?
