Permalinks-Adding Category Name to Sep Listing pg

hi,

is there a way for me to change the permalinks structure in Vantage so that the sep listing pages have the category name in the url

i.e.- listings/restaurants/blue-moon-cafe

i saw on the forum someone said they put the follow is this right? will this add the category names to the sep listing pgs?

is it

or

/%category%/%postname%/
