Is it possible to modify listings using excel .csv?

Hello,

I have added over 1200 listings to my webstite using .csv uploader. At first, I did not want to add phone numbers but now I have changed my mind and would like to know if it is possible to add the phone numbers to each listing by .csv WITHOUT reuploading the initial csv file, which, without going into the details, is not an option.

In other words, is it possible to add number to my listings already on the site using .csv and if so, how would I go about that?
