Pre Geocoding CSV and Google's Geocode limit?

If I get the lng and lat Geocode before importing into Vantage will use that instead of Google and therefore not count against google's 2500 limit when map is displayed?

So if I upload 5000 listings that are pre geocoded would only user added listing need to be google geocoded? Meaning only those ones count.

Also where is the geo code information stored? And if it is stored does it not count against the 2500 geocode limit once the listing has been accessed once and stored the lng & lat?
