    Registration template page has no fields - only button

    Updated to Wordpress 4.6 and all plugins up to date. Running Vantage 3.0.8.

    Users reporting that they cannot register for the site. The register page http://lobpchamber.org/register/ only has a register title, no fields or buttons.

    I get a notice on the dashboard that the default user level is now contributor instead of subscriber and that I should update all my users to the contributor status. Could this have something to do with it?

    I need to be able to allow people to register for membership on the website. Please advise on how I can get the register page to come back.

    Solution - remove bad child template
