Sort by 'Highest Rating' Not Working
I have seen this topic multiple times but there has never been a clear definition of why this doesn't work and no solution has been provided.
If you go to the Vantage Demo and sort the listings by 'Highest Rating' you will see that it returns rated listings in what seems to be a random order. It should be a descending list of highest rated listings also taking into account how many votes each listing has received. I have heard it is sorted by the number of 5 star ratings a listing has received, but that is ridiculous. If Listing A receives 100 votes of 4 stars and Listing B receives 1 vote of 5 stars and 100 votes of 1 star then how can you possibly rate Listing B above Listing A?
This is a very important function for a business directory and this needs to be fixed ASAP.
