Strange installation problem

Hi,

I installed Vantage on a clean WP ( 3.3.2 / Hostgator )

Once the theme is activated ( and permalinks to /%postname%/ ) from the admin dashboard,everythng look fine.

But when I tried to "Customize Vantage" in the "Vantage Setting" tab, I get a "page not found" and what I see is only the gray Vantage background (see below).
And no post/page/login from the site are available ( they are all gray ), the only thing I have access is the WP Admin panel.

If I revert back to the WP default themes, no problem and I also tried to install 2 other themes ( StudioPress and WooThemes ), and it's working fine.

I also tried thsi on another host account, and same thing.

What can it be?

Open to any advices, really need to do this first installation.
