Is there still no way to upgrade to a new plan? Will I have to set a listing to manually expire in 1 day so that the Customer can upgrade the following day (a horrible solution)... but maybe I'm missing something. Can a user upgrade to a different plan after the current plan expires?
It seems that if that's the case then we should have the option to move a listing to the "expired" category so that we can then have the customer upgrade the listing while on the phone, etc..
