    Upgrade to vantage 1.1.4 question

    I want to upgrade to the latest Vantage version. I am also using a custom slideshow plugin from http://slidervilla.com/pinwheel/. This require me to add some coding in the header php file for the slideshow to work. If I upgrade Vantage, will my codes get erase? Thanks
