Urgent help needed with Error in location search url

Hi there, I have upgraded to WP4.2.2 and also Vantage 3.0 and if you test my site here and for example this search link you get the following error.

and the error is "Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/jamjosan/public_html/mkt2/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 766"

Any ideas on this one. It was also happening in V1.4.1 actually before I upgraded at all.

This error is happening on my test site and my live site so its quiet urgent. Any help would be much appreciated trying to get to the bottom of this one.

By the way, I have done the usual and turned off all plugins and still the issue persists. I have also switched to 2012 theme and its fine.
