Website name not appearing in header

Hi

I have removed Vantage logo and rollodex image using # in style sheet.

However, despite the header section in Dashboard showing Colchester Business Directory in black with tag line, only the tag line appears on the live site. However, if you hover the mouse just above the tag line you can see the hyperlink is there.

Does anyone know what to do to get the text to display?
