Call Out Box Image Doesn't Save

When using a Callout Box on the homepage (or anywhere), if you use an image it won't allow you to save.

To replicate it:

1. Drag and drop a new Callout Box to your homepage widget section
2. Upload or select an image to use
3. You cannot save because the save button isn't available
4. You have to change another setting, add text, or change something else to get the save button to work.
