Featured Listings not appearing on TOP when Browsing Listings
Featured listings are not appearing on TOP of other listing in search results.

This is particularly happening when you hit "Browse Listings" on the front page.

What is the expected result? Ideally search results would be to put in the following order:

1. Homepage Featured Listing
2. Category Featured Listing
3. Other Listings in Alphabetical Order

Please advise.
