Header search bar not working - no submit button and enter doesn't work.

Hi guys, having a problem with the main search bar on Vantage, in the header. the "find" and "near" one.

There's no search button once you select an area. Clicking the magnifying glass works in Chrome but not in Firefox for me.

Hitting the enter key works in chrome but in firefox it brings up an error, see attached screenshot.

Is there any way to add an actual submit button or make the magnifying glass clickable in all browsers?

I should mention it's not just my site, it's even your own Vantage demo that does the same thing.
