    Payment options not showing on dropdown, and PayPal window never opens.

    We're running a Vantage (v. 4.2.2) site on this domain: https://kirkepartner.dk/

    Our active payment gateway options in the admin are set to Bank and PayPal, however on the dropdown where the user chooses payment option, only PayPal is available. And no paypal window opens. The following page just says - "You are now redirected to paypal", but nothing happens.

    For Paypal, we have enabled both IPN and PDT options for a working PayPal business account, and tested IPN with success in the IPN simulator.

    We used to have working paypal payments, so wondering what could have changed recently? Any suggestions as to how we can troubleshoot this and get both PayPal and Bank payments as working payment options again?
