Cannot import coupons
I get the following messages when trying to import:
ShareASale: 0 coupons have been imported.
1. I have installed plugin successfully
2. I have run the api test successfully
3. I have clicked on the "Create Store" and "Create Catagory" options
4. I am a member of 2 merchants and they both have coupon datafeeds.
5. I can pull up their data feeds on the ShareASale site and see them.

As a follow up, the plugin did automatically add a store. I received the email notification and checked and it was imported perfectly. However, that particular store has 2 coupons available on the ShareASale site yet no coupons were imported.
