*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Help with ShareASale Plugin
Please help. I have installed plugin and all went well.

I input my affiliate ID, the API token and the secret key that I got from SaS....I then run the api test and get the following error message.

Your ShareASale API token, Affiliate ID or Secret key is invalid. Error: Invalid Account - Error Code 4002 - 23.235.205.27

I have regenerated and saved 3 times and still get the same error message.

Please help
