Basing on the the url structure, it is not a separate a install but a modification to the code. This processed has been discussed in the members area of this forum.
Was the location (city) a feature or classipress or did you just add it? Is that a separate install per city?

Looks great. I was wondering if you could put some featured ads on the sidebar as it seems to have a lot of wasted space. It's very easy to do this with Wordpress, as all you need to do is post something in a text-box widget. You have a lot of valuable 'real-estate' in the sidebar that could be put to good use.

Thanks; we have been doing ruby for couple of years and it is great to develop sites; less code. The city was added with our code; once we understand the html/css from this template it is very easy for us to merge ruby/rails with this and expand.
