first attempt developing a property classifieds, feedback please.

This is my first attempt using classipress aimed at the property market, local to my city in the UK (Brighton)...I done some simple changes, yet they have dramatic affects.My next plan is to attempt using my own 'child theme'.one thing im disappointed with is the actual search facility wordpress offers (and classipress search) its too basic, As a property classifieds,the site requires an advanced search facility.I would appreciate your feedback, what would you add to the site? www.FlatsBrighton.co.uk

nice work! I like the simplicity and modded layout.

It looks clean and professional. Theoretically it will load a bit faster too since the underlying graphics are removed.

Thanks for your feedback guys, I like to keep my sites minimul, clean and simple,The site is not 100% complete as yet, i still have work to do on the 'post pages' and adding a 'advanced search' widget. I would be interested to hear from any of you ,who could develop a wordpress search widget to add to my site. Please contact me.
My next project is to develop a 'job post' website,I will continue to use classipress, but adding my own child theme.
